3. Payment Terms

All payments for services provided must be made according to the terms agreed upon at the time of service booking. Payment may be required upon completion of the work or as specified in the service agreement. For regular maintenance services, we may offer subscription-based billing, as per the agreement.

If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to suspend services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

5. Liability

We aim to provide high-quality services and to ensure the safety and integrity of your property. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party contractors or events outside of our control. We maintain £10 million in public liability insurance for peace of mind, and we carry out all work in compliance with industry regulations.

6. Intellectual Property
