Kitchens and bathrooms for Rothwell homes
Rothwell has older stone and brick terraces, post-war semis and newer estates. Older homes here often have bathrooms upstairs with a separate toilet, and we can knock the two together to make one bigger bathroom with a proper shower. In the semis, we often move a kitchen into the old dining room or rear extension to open the space up.

Rothwell kitchen and bathroom questions
Can you combine my bathroom and separate toilet?
Often, yes. Removing the dividing wall gives you a much bigger bathroom. We'll check whether it's load-bearing and plan the plumbing at the design visit.
Where will my kitchen come from?
We order it through our trade account at Howdens Stanningley on Bradford Road, a couple of minutes from our office, and it's delivered straight to your home.
Who do I pay for the kitchen or bathroom itself?
You order and pay Howdens or Clifton Trade Bathrooms directly, through our trade account, so you get our trade discount. You pay us separately for the fitting.
