Kitchens and bathrooms for Roundhay homes
Many Roundhay homes are large Victorian and Edwardian houses with high ceilings and generous rooms, so there's real scope for a statement kitchen with an island, or a bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower. Period homes need careful work: we take time to protect original features, run new pipework neatly, and make sure any new shower has the hot water supply and pressure it needs.

Roundhay kitchen and bathroom questions
Can you fit a kitchen island in my Roundhay home?
Usually, yes. If the island has a sink or hob, we'll plan the plumbing, waste and electrics under the floor at the design stage.
Can I have a freestanding bath and a separate shower?
In many Roundhay bathrooms there's room for both. We'll check the floor and the hot water supply, and Clifton's designer can show you the options at their Leeds Copley showroom.
Who do I pay for the kitchen or bathroom itself?
You order and pay Howdens or Clifton Trade Bathrooms directly, through our trade account, so you get our trade discount. You pay us separately for the fitting.
