One fixed price per property for letting agents, however many gas appliances it has. We book the visit with your tenant, carry out the check, and email the certificate to you the same day, usually before our engineer has left the street.
If anything fails, you get photos and a clear price straight away, and our team can usually put it right quickly, so the property isn't left non-compliant.
