Sometimes. If the wiring is old or there aren't enough sockets, we'll tell you at the design stage and include it in the price.

Very close. Our office is on Broad Lane in Stanningley, a couple of minutes from Bramley.
Who do I pay for the kitchen or bathroom itself?
You order and pay Howdens or Clifton Trade Bathrooms directly, through our trade account, so you get our trade discount. You pay us separately for the fitting.
