What affects the price?
- Boiler type: a straight combi swap is the simplest. Converting from a system or regular boiler to a combi, or the other way round, takes more work.
- Moving the boiler: relocating it to a new room means new gas, water and condensate pipework.
- Flue route: some homes need a longer or vertical flue.
- Gas pipe size: modern boilers sometimes need a larger gas supply pipe.
- The state of your system: very old or sludged systems may need a powerflush.
